Intended Audience: Designed for employees at companies, corporations, businesses or other entities and/or designated first responders who have a duty to respond to a first aid emergency and/or cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements.  

The American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid with CPR & AED course teaches lay rescuers how to manage injuries with basic first aid applications, recognize and treat life threatening emergencies including cardiac arrest and choking for adult, child and infant victims along with use of an AED.
