Cancellation Policy:

CPR Live reserves the right to cancel the course within 48 hours of the class session due to low attendance.  Participants may reschedule their course at no cost.

PARTICIPANTS may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the start of their scheduled course.  Cancellations must be received by email to Gracie@CPRLive.com   Individuals canceling prior to 48 hours of the start of their course will be given ONE course transfer within 30 days. Online course fees, skills testing fees, books & shipping fees are NON REFUNDABLE. Once the course begins, NO refunds will be given to individuals not attending the complete program without prior notification to CPR Live's office via email.
